These terms cover the public website at tayn.games. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The website

tayn.games is a static marketing site for TAYN Games. It describes Last Paddle Standing, links to the Steam store page, and keeps older TICKER materials at /archive and /presskit. The site does not sell the game, create accounts, or process payments.

Steam and other services

Wishlisting, buying, and playing Last Paddle Standing happen on Steam and are governed by Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement and privacy policy. Links to X / Twitter and Google Fonts are operated by those companies, not by TAYN Games.

Intellectual property

Game names, logos, screenshots, artwork, and copy on this site belong to TAYN Games unless another owner is marked. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy the assets or copy to run a similar site, sell the materials, or present them as your own without written permission.

Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. This site is not affiliated with Valve except as an independent developer’s store page.

Accuracy

Game features, player counts, platforms, and release timing can change before launch. The Steam page is the live product listing. Archive pages describe TICKER as previously presented and may be outdated.

No warranty

The website is provided as-is. TAYN Games does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TAYN Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
